New Construction

Materials

We believe in using the highest quality materials. Most new construction uses OSB or wafer-board sheeting. Plywood is stronger, more durable and most importantly much more resistant to moisture. Truss framed roofs are common in most new construction, we prefer solid rafters due to the strength, extra storage space, ease of renovation and repair. There are many more examples along these lines, but the important point to understand is not to compromise on the integrity of your structure.

Coordination

New construction moves at a rapid pace requiring better coordination. Changing needs are more difficult to accommodate. A good general can keep up while minimizing schedule impacts.

Quality Control

Maintaining high quality is more difficult due to the speed and volume of daily construction. A general needs to be knowledgeable, observant and maintain an on-site presence to ensure quality.
